  • Home visit and follow up estimate

    The process always begins with a home visit, so that we can talk to you about your extension plans, family needs and aspirations. At this point, we will offer any general and helpful advice that we can.


    We will then follow up with an estimate of the overall cost of your extension.

  • Design and Plans

    If at this stage you are still serious about getting the extension project built.


    The next thing is to get some architectural plans drawn up. Please note that there is a cost involved for this service.

  • Accepting the quotation

    Once you are happy to go ahead and have accepted the quotation. We will arrange a start date and outline the staged payments for the extension project.

  • Staged Payments

    These staged payments typically take the form of payments when.


    • The extension footings are dug out
    • Damp course level is built
    • Wall plates and timber roof frame has been built
    • Roof completed
    • Final stage payment when the extension has been built.
